Just because you can, doesn't mean you should
Today I ate a whole 16 inch pizza by myself
It fit my calories, so I'm still losing fat, but...
I don't FEEL good,
I don't feel bad, but I like to feel satiated and satisfied after I eat.
But I didn't after eating this pizza.
I'm gonna go back to eating boiled potatoes, but not because pizza is bad,
but because I literally prefer to feel full than to taste food.
Doesn't mean that my potato dinners are bad, but I literally enjoy feeling full
more than eating pizza or some other food.
Eat whatever you truly like eating, track your calories and stick to it.
Consistency everyday will get you results
