Eat Ice Cream to get shredded this summer
I think I found the method, Since I don't have a ninja creami ( €250 for an ice cream machine is crazy work ) I froze milk then blended it into ice cream, I won't lie, at first it was ass, but I did my thing and lowkey it turned out really good I tried it again today but only let the milk freeze for like 2 hours so I had milk water. I will keep refining this recipe, because this is something I could EASILY have everyday. Skimmed milk + protein powder + rice cakes + coffee = low calorie high protein sweet treat Ice cream maxxing all 2026

100 Calories is worth 20 minutes and €5
Today at work, I was doing some calculations. What is 100 calories worth, as in, if it takes roughly 90 minutes of walking (1.5hours) to burn 500 calories, what is that worth in both time and money. ChatGPT my best friend broke it down, If you over eat your calories by 100, it takes 20 minutes of walking to "undo" that damage. If minimum wage is €15, then walking for 20 minutes would be worth €5 So imagine if you over eat your calories by a few thousand over the weekend (guilty) Hypothetically you only went over by 1000 calories That means you "owe" €50 and 200 minutes, or just over 3 hours. Don't overeat your calories, because future you is in debt. Let's hope I have better luck tomorrow in my match lol. Speaking of matches, it's so crazy how time passes, I swear I was complaining about not playing and not starting etc. But last week I played and there's a very good chance I'll play tomorrow. The people that last are the people that last, So many people on my team quit, But I didn't.
