Just because you can, doesn't mean you should
Today I ate a whole 16 inch pizza by myself It fit my calories, so I'm still losing fat, but... I don't FEEL good, I don't feel bad, but I like to feel satiated and satisfied after I eat. But I didn't after eating this pizza. I'm gonna go back to eating boiled potatoes, but not because pizza is bad, but because I literally prefer to feel full than to taste food. Doesn't mean that my potato dinners are bad, but I literally enjoy feeling full more than eating pizza or some other food. Eat whatever you truly like eating, track your calories and stick to it. Consistency everyday will get you results ~Dominik 11.01.2026

No food is off limits, just track your food
Todays food: - massive lettuce, potato and chicken bowl - custard, apple, coffee and kaszka In case you don't know what kaszka is, it's a Polish porridge, I used to eat it all the time as a kid, obviously not caring about calories or anything, The taste was 10/10. For a long time I didn't eat it because I was afraid that if I bought it, I would have to make the whole pack, as in, 500g of this at once. That's almost 2000 calories, and I would literally have to use like 5 liters of milk. Instead, I had 100g and 500ml of milk, in fact I could've used 50g or doubled the milk. But why am I saying this? Because I conquered my fear. Don't be afraid of food, it won't kill you or hurt you. YOU are in control, weigh your food, track it with my fitnesspal and you can LITERALLY eat whatever you want. ~Dominik 10.01.2026

Eat More To Lose Fat Faster?
Today I decided to burn 500 calories on the stair master. I didn't want to, it sucked, I looked for any excuse, but I did it. There has to be a reward for doing more work, otherwise your brain won't do extra work, why would it, there's no reward. Ideally, you'd reward yourself with something that isn't calories, especially if you want to lose fat, but I burned 500 calories and ate 380 calories worth of boiled potatoes, why, because I wanted to eat some boiled potatoes today. I wasn't going to eat the potatoes, I also wasn't going to do the stair master. In a perfect world, I'd burn 500 calories and not eat potatoes. But today I have team training and I just felt like eating potatoes, so I did. The more you exercise the more you can eat. Count your calories, stick to them and trust the process. Did I mention I ate a whole bag of Oreo Bites too? And I'm still losing fat. Trust. The. Process. ~Dominik 07.01.2026
