Eating Pizza On January 1st 2026 To Lose Fat
Today I ate pizza, a full 12" to myself for dinner. Why? Because I felt like it. I will lose fat, and could eat this EXACT meal everyday and I will get shredded. Count your calories and you could do the same. ~Dominik 01.01.2026

Eating Pizza On January 1st 2026 To Lose Fat
Eat Pizza To Get Shredded
Today was a good day. I woke up and went to the gym for 6:30am, wouldn't you know, gym closed. So, I did 2 hours+ of cardio (walking) Then I went to the gym, after, I went to the football pitch to train with my brother. After that I went back to my parents house, wouldn't you know, snacks everywhere, Did I fold?, of course not, I'm locked in. I had a little coffee, some milk, no sugar, keeping calories low, tracking everything using MyFitnessPal and a weighing scale. Then I went to get coffee with my sister, snacks and sweet treats galore, Did I have any, no, I'm locked tf in. Later I went home and had a pizza that my dad made for me. This was the first time that I ever asked my dad to count calories and weigh stuff for me, And guess what? Nothing happened. People will understand that you are different, and that you have a goal, to lose fat. My dad weighed the dough, weighed the cheese and weighed the chicken etc. I asked him to not put any garlic sauce on the pizza, and he didn't. I was still able to enjoy a day out with my family, still had coffee, still had pizza, still had a sweet treat. Why?, because I tracked my calories. Of course, did I 100% accurately track my calories, of course not, you'll never be perfect...but If you keep giving it 100% with regards to trying to accurately track calories, you'll get to your goal. The 19000 steps that I did as well as the football session definitely helped, but the truth is this, You don't have a six pack because you don't track your calories. If your six pack isn't visible it is simply because there is too much fat covering your abs, that's it. Adjusting and living by this calorie counting life is weird, but I love it. Because I don't have to cut out my favorite foods, like my dads pizza. All I have to do, is adjust some little things, like the amount of cheese or sauce on the pizza. Getting shredded really isn't that hard, just track your calories. ~ Dominik Galarowicz / 29.12.25

Eat Pizza To Get Shredded
Please Don't Make This Mistake!
Today, I'm locked in, during Christmas however, I was not. Below are two images, the first one is what I ate today (Sunday 28.12.25) and the other image is what I ate on Christmas (Thursday 25.12.25) As you can see, there is a MAJOR difference between the quality and quantity of food. Today, I ate a lot less, volume wise, calorie wise and bad quality food wise. On Christmas, I tweaked out, I let loose, perhaps let myself go. The truth is, during holidays and special events, you shouldn't be so strict on yourself, Because if you are, like I was, you end up "tweaking out". Today I ate 1500~ calories, and I feel amazing, I did 500 calories worth on the stair master, I did 12,000 steps today, a very productive day with regards to eating and burning calories. Christmas day was anything but productive. I slept over at my parents house, and I went out for a long walk after binge eating 5000+ calories on Christmas Eve. I went on this walk to "burn off" yesterdays massacre, and to distract myself from the insane amount of tasty foods readily available for me. After this walk, I felt an itch, hunger. I said to myself, let me just eat a load of lettuce and add in some low calorie fish salsa dish, this'll fill me up. Then I had some dessert, an apple, some coffee, Christmas cake and some Krowka. (side note, this Krowka cake is amazing, Polish people know, but if you don't know about it, I highly recommend you try it, truly one of my favorites) Anyways, I went to Church, then after I went to play some football with my younger brother. During our training session, I felt full, I didn't need to eat anymore...but I did. I came home and had another plate full of food, fish, beans, bigos, a recipe for disaster (farts). Surely that's it Dominik, you can't fit anymore food in, You're wrong. Then it was time for my second plate of dessert, like 4 plates of food wasn't enough. Oh, what's that a fifth plate? But Dominik, you're LITERALLY not hungry, in fact, you're going to explode.

Memories Are More Important Than Fat Loss
If you're in this community, you play football and you want to lose fat. Since we're near enough to Christmas and I just came back from my Holidays, I decided that I won't eat anything for two days leading up to Christmas to "stack calories". This is stupid, consistency beats these one off bursts of "motivation", At the same time, not eating and saving calories to REALLY enjoy Christmas is kinda smart. Today, I went to the gym, after the gym I get a coffee with a friend, skim milk latte, low calories. I could've gotten an Americano ( 0 calories ), but black coffee is disgusting. Later on, I had some stuff to do, and after that I did a football session with another friend, Sprints, 1v1's, Dribbling, a very good session indeed. We were near enough to my house, so I decided to invite my friend over for breakfast, I think that "breaking bread" with your friends is one of the most important things that you can do to build strong relationships. I could've been a robot, and made him breakfast and not eaten anything myself. Maybe, I'm too weak mentally, and my "why" isn't big or strong enough, Maybe, I used inviting my friend over for breakfast as an excuse to eat something. Maybe, I should punish myself for eating today and not "sticking" to the plan. The truth is, you do not lose fat in a day, and you do not gain fat in a day. Both of these things take time. If you don't have a six pack, I promise you, you can run 25 marathons today and you will look exactly the same. Your physique is a reflection of your nutrition and your habits. Having some scrambled eggs on toast & a bowl of Weetabix with fruit won't DESTROY your progress. Please don't use Christmas and the holidays to be lazy and fat. Count your calories, Enjoy your food, Create memories with the people you love and care about. -Dominik 22.12.25 @16:45
