Eat More To Lose Fat Faster?
Today I decided to burn 500 calories on the stair master.
I didn't want to, it sucked, I looked for any excuse, but I did it.
There has to be a reward for doing more work, otherwise your brain won't do extra work, why would it, there's no reward.
Ideally, you'd reward yourself with something that isn't calories, especially if you want to lose fat, but I burned 500 calories and ate 380 calories worth of boiled potatoes, why, because I wanted to eat some boiled potatoes today.
I wasn't going to eat the potatoes, I also wasn't going to do the stair master.
In a perfect world, I'd burn 500 calories and not eat potatoes.
But today I have team training and I just felt like eating potatoes, so I did.
The more you exercise the more you can eat.
Count your calories, stick to them and trust the process.
Did I mention I ate a whole bag of Oreo Bites too?
And I'm still losing fat.
Trust. The. Process.
