Today I tried to be Mr. 1500 Calorie, and it didn't work.
The best thing for me to do is skip breakfast, I find personally if I skip breakfast I always tend to be with my calorie range for fat loss.
Today I wasn't.
Learn from your mistakes,
And don't eat cake for breakfast lol
