Fit & Fab Total Body Tabata Workout
Jump into this fun and feel good workout with me. Total body, athletic training tabata style workout. Move at your own pace, follow along and most importantly have fun! Feel good and fit & fab ya'll. I decided to record this in SKOOL Live and in the moment! I have not done these workout moves since January 2026, just before my ankle injury.... I recently got cleared from PT to go do my thing. Still taking it moment by moment and feeling the workouts out as I go.

DAY 34: FOCUS IS YOUR SUPERPOWER 🎯
One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that focus creates momentum. When we try to do everything at once, we often end up making little progress on anything. Today, choose ONE thing that will move your life forward. Maybe it's: ✅ A workout ✅ Reading 10 pages ✅ Studying ✅ Reaching out to a potential client ✅ Spending quality time with family Small focused actions create big results over time.
