As I was walking on the treadmill I wanted to do it for an hour, but my insulin pump start to ring and alert me that my sugar was heading low, so I had to jump off and eat something. Even though I couldn't do it perfectly, I at least got in 31 minutes. Progress, not perfection. My health comes first!!
DAY 34: FOCUS IS YOUR SUPERPOWER 🎯
One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that focus creates momentum. When we try to do everything at once, we often end up making little progress on anything. Today, choose ONE thing that will move your life forward. I spent time listening to the whole book that my friend Gualter Amarelo wrote, Broke to a Quarter Million. He is a real estate investor and it tells his early story getting started. He is also my mentor and in his weekly class we have a book of the week and this week it was his book. I'm starting to listen to next week's book Retire Young, Retire Rich by Robert Kiyosaki, of Rich Dad, Poor Dad fame.

Movement doesn't always have to be a workout. Sometimes it's dancing in the kitchen. Sometimes it's singing in the car. Sometimes it's letting go of stress and having fun. Fit & Fab Total Body Tabata Workout
Jump into this fun and feel good workout with me. Total body, athletic training tabata style workout. Move at your own pace, follow along and most importantly have fun! Feel good and fit & fab ya'll. I decided to record this in SKOOL Live and in the moment! I have not done these workout moves since January 2026, just before my ankle injury.... I recently got cleared from PT to go do my thing. Still taking it moment by moment and feeling the workouts out as I go.
