I managed to set a record of 390 pushups lately!!!
Partially because of the World Endurance Day Rich organized together with Enrique Zapata.
That was my maximum and to say truthfully I made a pause with pushups after that. Needed to recharge and strengthen my arms a bit more.
But I continued my daily running and run for 12 km every day right now. Have much of a progress here.
How everyone is doing?
