Fasting update
On day two of my fast, and I'm feeling amazing! I woke up early, and organized my closet and pantry, and drank some water and black coffee before doing my first workout. About to take my new running shoes out for a spin. I have so much more time to be active and productive since I don't have to cook, and staying busy keeps me from getting hungry.
