Fasting update
On day two of my fast, and I'm feeling amazing! I woke up early, and organized my closet and pantry, and drank some water and black coffee before doing my first workout. About to take my new running shoes out for a spin. I have so much more time to be active and productive since I don't have to cook, and staying busy keeps me from getting hungry.

First day on here
Did some rock climbing today, second session at boulder co and i was loving it, hit some 4s that i didnt get in my first session, was supposed to be a rest day but when your mates invite you out gotta go have fun even if you go a bit light (I forgot to go light). Definitely need a recovery day tomorrow planning for a walk or jog at our local bush reserve 👍

Day 9
Got out and did my walk early today because I had a long drive today. Got myself a new home work out kit so I don't have the added stress of being awkward in a gym, and Got my workout done. Also started a water fast. I was originally planning for 5 days, but i think I'm going to do 72 hours. Day one has been rough, but I'm hanging in there. Hopefully this will help jump start and reset my hunger and cravings for food that is not on my diet. 🤞🏼

First weekend complete!
Haven't been posting much, but still hanging in there. I've been out of town this weekend helping a friend build a house, which has been my workouts for the weekends, but I've also been walking three miles a day. My friends have been super supportive of my diet which made the weekend much easier for me! Burger patties, spicy cheese, and farm fresh eggs! Beef jerky for snacks and medjool dates for dessert!
