Got out and did my walk early today because I had a long drive today. Got myself a new home work out kit so I don't have the added stress of being awkward in a gym, and Got my workout done. Also started a water fast. I was originally planning for 5 days, but i think I'm going to do 72 hours. Day one has been rough, but I'm hanging in there. Hopefully this will help jump start and reset my hunger and cravings for food that is not on my diet. 🤞🏼
