Motivation is a Myth
Was just talking to a friend of mine who moved back home to Ontario a few years back. She told me she started working out in August and is down 30 pounds! And working hard to lose another 20 to get to her goal of 170lbs. We got to talking about motivation and how she had always wanted to go to the gym but wasted years waiting for motivation to come. Until one day she got fed up with waiting and said “fuck it” and dove in headfirst! And she’s 100% correct! Everybody asks me where do I get the motivation to go. I don’t! I have an hour commute home from work every day. So I slam preworkout 30 mins from home so by the time I’m in town I’m vibrating and I HAVE to go to the gym or I won’t sleep. Otherwise I’d drive right on passed it 🤣 If you sit around waiting for motivation to come, LIFE will PASS YOU the FUCK BY! Motivation is a MYTH! We do it ANYWAY! Consistency is key. And building whatever system you have to, to get you in there. Once you’re in the door you’re good! You just have to get in the door, then your universe will crack wide open. Once you realize motivation isn’t a factor for doing ANYTHING worthwhile, the entire world is yours. 2025 was the year you made the choice guys! 2026 belongs to YOU! It only gets better from here 💪🏻 Love you guys!

Merry Christmas guys! Mad love to all of you for busting your ass and working hard to better yourselves! Carving out the best you you can be is hard work and you guys have been killing it all year and I’m so fuckin proud of you all! Can’t wait to see what next year brings! Love y’all! Here’s me a year ago to me now! Definitely more subtle differences as I focused mainly on carving out the definition more and gaining some chest and shoulder mass. 2026 gonna be more general mass build once I get these bottom abs out 😂
