So I’ve been working on my tornado kick since the last time I shared.
Biggest lessons I’m taking away:
- having coordination of the steps moving forward
- Being strong with single leg jumping
- Turning my hips over more in the kick
Still not perfected but I’m continuing to push it. Most of all everything comes from repetition- start small, build small wins and start putting it all together.
