Hello @Serena DAfree @Wendy Prager @Gabby Roberts I have the three of you, signed up for my FREE INTRODUCTORY SELF DEFENSE class. @Wendy Prager I'm saving one extra spot for a friend, if you find one who is interested. I am also holding a spot for a woman (Di Vincent) who has not yet joined the Trauma In Form community. That leaves 4 spaces. This class will be set up so that I can get LOTS OF FEEDBACK from you all, not necessarily about course content, but about how it translates over Zoom, or here on Skool. The class will not only involve physical self defense, but will also be focusing on EMOTIONAL and VERBAL DELF DEFENSE skills, and we will be having many group discussions. The classes tend to bring up lots of emotions, so be ready! You will also feel yourself go through an amazing transformation, especially if this is your first EMPOWERMENT SELF DEFENSE CLASS. Classes will be recorded. Confidentiality cannot be fully ensured. I am looking at 2 weekends in February; the 7th and 8th and the 14th and 15th; from 11 AM to 3 PM each day. Hello Beautiful People!! I am excited to announce that I will be giving away 10 FREE spots in my 8 hour, Introductory WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT SELF DEFENSE CLASS. In my class you will learn more than just physical skills, you will also learn: 🏵️ emotional self defense skills 🏵️ verbal self defense skills and, 🏵️ the definition of "violence", how often it occurs and some real life skills to help you identify and prevent violence in your life.
