We only have one body
Last week my body forced me to slow down. In that moment of pain, I am reminded how valuable my body is—because when it stops, everything else stops too.
I’m learning to listen, to create healthier habits, and to protect my energy. With more awareness and better balance between home and work, I’m stepping into a healthier, more creative, and less burnt-out version of myself.
