Designing your LIFE
Have you figured it out yet? 👀 I’m starting to realize that life is really just a series of figuring it out moments. And while that might feel overwhelming to some… to me, it’s EXCITING. Figuring it out means I get to dig deep, stay curious, and become a true student of life — the best kind I’ve ever been. Being dissatisfied actually helped me get clear on what I don’t want… which made it easier to identify what I do want. Then I simply started moving in that direction. It sounds simple, right?✨ Decide what you want✨ Design how to get there✨ Start movingThat’s the game of life. Life isn’t “set it and forget it.” It’s interactive. It’s evolving. It’s continuous. Life is Precious
Life is precious. Three days. That’s all it took—from a text message to the ICU. A ventilator. A feeding tube. Organs on the verge of shutting down. A body that once moved, laughed, and spoke… now still. A voice now silent. Life can change in a breath. Life is precious. Our choices are the sail of our ship. The thoughts we repeat, the decisions we make—consciously or not—are what carry us to where we stand today. Reflection isn’t about guilt. It’s about awareness. And awareness is where growth begins. Life is precious. May we remember that— in how we choose, how we love, how we live— while we still have the breath to do so.

Life is Precious
Mobility and Strength are my goals-
Noticing that when I boost my cardio for 5- 10 solid minutes before working out, the workouts seem more productive. Standing on the bike pedaling hard for solid 7 minutes is my fav. Walking/running with inclines is good, rowing great too for less time. What are other people’s favorites or routines before working out?

What a fantastic question! You know me, my favorite is mobility. Mobility is my go-to warm up because it allows my body to lengthen and strengthen in all directions which in turn helps increase my flexibility, helps prevent injury and gets my heart racing! To me, mobility is a complete package ☺️💜 Now I’m curious…. What does everyone else do???? Come on ladies!!! What is your favorite warm up routine? Let’s keep this conversation going!!!
