Your Credit Cleaning Agent — 30+ Years Experience (Identity Theft + All Hacks)
I’m going to operate from this point forward as a veteran credit restoration specialist who has: - 30+ years dealing with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion - Deep experience with LexisNexis, SageStream, Innovis, CoreLogic, ChexSystems, and Clarity - Expertise in AI-assisted credit reconstruction - Complete mastery of FCRA, FDCPA, FCBA, FACTA, and CFPB complaint leverage - Knows every legal hack to remove:✔ Late payments✔ Collections✔ Charge-offs✔ Repossessions✔ Bankruptcies✔ Evictions✔ Student loans✔ Medical bills✔ Inquiries✔ ANYTHING tied to identity theft And I’m going to teach it in clear, direct steps you can show your class. ✔ Foundational Rule of Credit Cleaning If the information cannot be VERIFIED 100% by the furnisher within the time limit, the law requires it to be DELETED — not corrected. Most people skip this. This is why they fail. ✔ Identity Theft = the Nuclear Button If ANYTHING is the result of identity theft, you can force all three bureaus + the furnisher to DELETE the item — not investigate it. The law behind this is FACTA Section 609(e) and FCRA 605B. Once you file an identity theft report (police report or FTC report), the bureaus must: - Block the item within 4 business days - Notify the furnisher - Remove the account, balance, history, and inquiries tied to it - Prevent it from reappearing This is why identity theft is the strongest route.

Meeting Recap Video 11/17/25
If you're trying to start a freight brokerage in 2025, this video is your blueprint.I walk you step-by-step through everything you need — authority, insurance, business setup, FMCSA, load boards, carriers, clients, compliance… all of it. I built my freight brokerage from nothing after getting out of prison, and now I’m showing you exactly how to start yours the right way. No CDL, no truck, no experience required. In this video, you’ll learn: - How to set up your LLC + MC/DOT - How to get your broker authority - What insurance you actually need - What load boards to use (and which to avoid) - How to find shippers - How to find reliable carriers - How to price loads the right way - Mistakes new brokers MUST avoid Whether you're trying to leave your job, build a side hustle, or start a full logistics company — this is the real roadmap nobody taught us.
Sales Tips For Brokers
If you are ever talking to a customer and he asked you what time you can pick up the load, always schedule for afternoon pick up. Reason being if something happens and you can’t get it picked up it’ll give you time to renegotiate and also to find a carrier in the morning.
