How the tiny Netherlands Become and Agricultural Giant

The Netherlands is the second largest exporter of produce on Earth. They grow crops with a tiny fraction of water usage and energy costs. It's a great example for other countries (and home Gardners) to follow. Lots of room for innovation from the mad scientist, I think.
