I know more than one extreme coffee addict, they'll pull up all the latest "coffee-industry-funded research" proving how great it is for you.
Don't get me wrong, if you want to justify something you enjoy by pretending coffee is good for you, you don't have to. You're an adult.
You can do whatever you want. But if you're overweight, and struggling with your health, and constant sugar cravings, and you can't get your blood sugar down, drinking the world's #1 consumed psychoactive drug in the world probably isn't making any of your problems better.
Once you're healthy, you've reached your health and weight goals and you've gotten toxins and inflammation down as low as humanly possible in this toxic world, then have a cup or two a month. But not 7-8 a day.
Let it be something you truly enjoy... not a drug you're using because you're broken.
