Burn out!
I have just finished a live face yoga session and I had some sad but good news.
I'm feeling burnt out in many ways & have decided that I need to step back from a few things in my life for a while and teaching online Face Yoga is one of them.
I am going to put time into my home, my family and building a garden that serves us. I'm loving it. Planting lots of trees and food. It feels so wholesome and calming.
I will be still doing in-person face yoga classes every now & then & will be back online again but in a different capacity maybe! I'll let you know you know how things develop. Space and time is needed in order to achieve that.
