Hello dear Irene! I just wanted to reach out to say a special thank you for yesterday's session! And this whole platform. I haven't been able to attend as many of the live classes as I had hoped, but I managed to come along yesterday and oh my but it was exactly what I needed. I noticed an immediate difference to some stubborn congestion and general 'malaise' I've had since struggling to shift a lingering bug, and continue to feel the difference today. The session was light hearted, fun, informative and made all the more wonderful by your unique style and charisma. You probably know this already, but what you offer is such a gift, and deeply appreciated. So this is a big THANK YOU from me! Hi irene, just wondering if we have a live class today?

I am preparing for Sundays class and I think it would be nice to give the face a good cleanse this time of year. This class is still really beneficial for those of you who need a tension released.
