Berlin’s Apprenticeship Promotion Fund Act (Ausbildungsplatzförderungsgesetz, AusbFFG) is central planning dressed up as workforce policy.
Passed on March 26, and effective January 1, 2028, it lets politicians decide how many apprenticeship slots companies should provide, based on their gross wage sum.
As if the restrictive emplyee regulations, expensive energy, high taxes and other negative aspects werent enough excuses for entrepreneurs to NOT to invest in Germany.
