Italy flat tax
Italy has a bunch of tax programs for foreigners to move there and pay less tax. For example there is one that has 7% flat tax on worldwide income. And for 2027 they are considering another one that you only pay 4% flat tax on worldwide income. but for this one is that you have to live in a small town of less than 20,000 people. Italy has a good lifestyle in the center of europe. Would you consider this?

How do you travel?
There are many different types of travelers. for example, The go go traveler - will like to see as many places, countries, cities and sites as possible in their allotted time. slow traveler - will take things slow, maybe explore one city over a month or two nomad - the frequency between moves differs by person but the concept is that you are continually on the move. maybe you stay in one place for 1-6 months and then move on to the next place stable expat - you have a stable business or job in another country other than your own and spend most of your time in your new home country. but maybe you take weekends or mini vacations of a few weeks to explore the surrounding region rotation - you have 2-5 homes in different countries and cities and rotate between them either by season, around activities and leisure or just by your fancy these are some broad categories to get the conversation started. Which one are you now? Which one do you aspire to achieve ?

Thailand travel delays
Because of the middle east conflict, there have been a bunch of people caught out on their visas and overstaying because of flights being cancelled. The Thai govt has said that if your canceled flight was due to the middle east issues that overstay fines will not be applied. Also, looks like the airports are very busy with people trying to figure out new plans and routes. Are you there on the ground? Let us know what you are seeing...

Zanzibar for nomads and startups
Zanzibar is reportedly moving forward with plans for “Dunia Cyber City,” a proposed digital free zone aimed at attracting remote workers and tech startups. Reports say the zone would include preferential tax rates for qualifying residents, a long business tax holiday, and rules designed to be crypto friendly. It is still early, and the most important next step is seeing the official Zanzibar government notices and implementing regulations that confirm the final terms. Would you consider moving to Zanzibar on a program like this ?
