Whenever I'm on a Zoom call, the first thing I do is take a screenshot of the participants list. 📸

I also ask everyone to drop their email address and LinkedIn URL in the chat.

This way, I can combine the participants list with the chat and turn it into a neat spreadsheet. 📊

Here is the prompt to use...

I need you to analyze this image/screenshot of a Zoom participants list and chat transcript. Please extract all the participant information and organize it into a CSV-formatted table that I can directly paste into Google Sheets.

Extract the following information for each participant:

First name

Last name

Email address (if visible)

Any URL/link they shared

All chat messages they contributed (please maintain chronological order)

Format requirements:

Create a numbered table (start from 1)

Use comma separation between fields (CSV format)

Include a header row with these exact column names: Number,First Name,Last Name,Email,Shared URLs,Chat Messages

If multiple chat messages exist for one person, please combine them in the same cell with a pipe separator (|)

If multiple URLs were shared, separate them with semicolons (;)

If any information is missing, leave that cell empty (but keep the comma)

Preserve exact text from chat messages including emojis

Make sure the data is properly escaped for CSV format (e.g., commas within chat messages should be handled appropriately)
