Use this to generate your one-sheet content quickly from your LinkedIn profile and a few prompts:

This is where you’ll design the final one-sheet:
Step 1: Pull Your LinkedIn Info
Your one-sheet is built from your LinkedIn profile plus a few key networking details.
Option A (fastest): Export your LinkedIn profile as a PDF
Go to your LinkedIn profile
Click “More” (near your headline)
Select “Save to PDF”
Download the PDF to your computer
Option B: Copy/paste key profile sections
If you can’t export a PDF, copy these sections instead:
Headline
About section
Current role + company
Past roles (top 2–3)
Featured projects
Skills / specialties
Step 2: Generate Your One-Sheet Content with the GPT
Open the GPT link above
Upload your LinkedIn PDF or paste your profile details
The GPT will guide you through prompts to produce:
Your professional summary
Your priorities / focus areas
Your “centers of influence” (who you want to meet)
Your current projects / offers
Referral opportunities
Ideal introductions
Copy your final GPT output into a Google Doc or Notes so it’s easy to reference
Quick tip: Review the GPT output for typos or anything you want clarified — clean wording makes a strong first impression.
Step 3: Customize the Canva Template
Open the Canva template
Click “Use template” (or “Make a copy”)
Replace the placeholder text with your GPT content:
Name + title
Short bio / summary
Networking goals
Who you want to meet
What you offer / specialize in
Projects or initiatives
Add your photo and logo if relevant
Step 4: Match Your Branding (Optional)
In Canva, you can:
Update colors to match your brand
Adjust fonts for consistency
Pull colors directly from your logo or photos
Branding tip: If you’re unsure, pick 1–2 main brand colors plus 1 neutral. Keep it clean and easy to read.
Step 5: Add a QR Code to Your LinkedIn (Optional)
If you want your one-sheet to be easy to scan:
In Canva, go to Apps → QR Code
Paste your LinkedIn profile link
Insert the QR code into the template
Step 6: Save and Export
Click Share → Download
Choose PDF (Print) for best quality
Save it to your computer
