A lot of errors
More and more often I am seeing the word alot typed by people. This word does not exist and should be two words, a lot. It may seem trivial but this is a good example of how words get used incorrectly.
Another word that gets used incorrectly is of as in "I could of" which should be "I could have"
I know I'm being pedantic but I hate to see the English language being used so badly.
