Daily Sunrise Meditation - 30 Minutes
What You Need:
A comfortable seat so spine is tall: up against a wall, edge of a chair, floor, pillow, folded blanket
Optional Items:
Water
Tissue (in case of stuffy nose)
Journal
Blanket
Blocks/pillows/books under knees
What You'll Do:
Lymph massage to start before sitting
Alternate Nostril Breathing to balance the mind and tune into breath
Mantra-based meditation using "So Hum" or "I am [that I am]" to support focusing the mind
Silence for Listening to God/Inner Voice/Highest Self (the best part!)
Journaling encouraged afterwards!
