🧠 How the Challenge Works

The challenge runs 30 days, in two phases.

🔨 Build Phase (first 7 days): One short training and one task a day. By Day 7 you'll have everything you need to start landing real clients: your avatar, your offer, a value-first deliverable, your acquisition method, and a conversion framework. No fluff, no busywork. Just the essentials, built fast.

🚀 Execute Phase (after day 7): This is where it gets real. One focused 90-minute block a day, a weekly check-in, and feedback from me and the community. This is the rhythm that produces results, and it's the one that sticks long after the challenge.

What You Need to Do

✅ Step 1: Download the tracker.
✅ Step 2: Go through the Build Phase one day at a time, Day 1 through Day 7. Watch each training, do the task, and post it in the pinned thread inside that day's module.
✅ Step 3: Update your tracker as you go. It scores your points and tracks your milestones for you.
✅ Step 4: After Day 7, run one 90-minute block every weekday and log it.
✅ Step 5: Post your weekly check-in every Monday in the pinned Check-In thread with a screenshot of your dashboard.

Follow it day by day and take consistent action. That's the whole game. 💪

🏆 Month 1 Milestone: Private 1-on-1 How to earn it: Complete the full Build Phase (105/105 points) and post your weekly check-ins for Execute Weeks 1, 2, and 3. What you get: A private 1-on-1 with me. Not a generic call. I look at everything you've done across the four weeks, what's working and what isn't, and we map out your exact next move.

🏆 90×90 Milestone: Private Mastermind How to earn it: 13 qualifying weeks in a row. A full quarter without breaking the streak. What you get: A seat in a private quarterly mastermind with me and everyone else who cleared the same bar. Full details drop in their own module once you finish the Build Phase.
