This is the check-in thread for the week. This is the loop the whole accountability system runs on. Commit, execute, report, adjust. Every week. It's worth 10 points, and it's required for the month 1 reward and the 90×90 reward, so skipping it costs more than the points. Your check-in does three things: 1. Reviews last week. What you committed to, and what actually happened. The real version, not the cleaned-up one. 2. Shows your numbers. Screenshot your dashboard so the work is visible. That's your all-time score, your points, your five metrics, and your streak in one shot. 3. Commits to this week. Specific and measurable, so next week's review has something to measure against. Everything this week is downstream of today. If the person and the problem aren't clear, the offer comes out vague, the outreach comes out generic, and the content doesn't land. So we get this right first. A real working version beats a perfect one you never finish.
