🎶 One thing many singers misunderstand about support
One thing I see in many singers:
they try to create “support” by becoming too rigid.
Especially when working on breath support or rib expansion, many singers start holding, bracing or pushing too much.
But very often, good support feels more like dynamic balance than muscular force.
The body stays alive.
Responsive.
Flexible.
Not locked.
