Help! It's an Emergency
I am UK-based, so when selecting items from the Printify catalogue, I usually choose from UK. I have been advised to start choosing the US for wider visibility. A customer has just messaged me, as they want to order one of my mugs, but they will be paying $56 for postage alone. How can I change the product profile on Etsy so they will be paying their local cost of postage?
