🌿 The wedding niche is WIDE OPEN right now
And most sellers are missing it. The aesthetic buyers want this spring/summer: Botanical bride. Garden romance. Wildflower everything. Formal ballroom weddings are out. Think pressed flowers, outdoor vibes, personalized touches that feel handmade β€” not hotel ballroom. For POD: β†’ Bridesmaid getting-ready shirts with botanical graphics β†’ Wedding welcome totes with wildflower prints β†’ Bridal party apparel with garden aesthetic For digital: β†’ Wildflower wedding invitation templates β†’ Editable botanical wedding signage β†’ Bridal shower planning printables Tags to add NOW: wildflower wedding Β· botanical bride Β· garden party bridal Β· romantic wedding gift πŸ’¬ Are you in the wedding niche? @Jodi Johnson That's my problem, fitting with my shop. I do have quite a bit of wildflower stuff though. I did an animated party invitation yesterday. Do you think that would work for weddings?

This was like pulling teeth. The upper left picture is the original listing. I created a new image that filled the area when someone actually clicks on the listing and looks at it, but then it was cut off in searches and on the shop page itself. Then I got it to fit, but the text was half hidden. I moved the text closer to the center and ended up with the bottom right. It's garish, but it's colorful and stands out. Oh, I also used Profit Tree to find tags and on that best selling listing, they had a tag that was "99 cents" and "under $1". I changed my price from $1 to 0.99. Do you think that makes a difference? I have some other things I was to do with the pages, but I want to get a single listing right first.

@Jodi Johnson that's what I want to do. In different sizes too. I'll work on that. Thanks.

I've actually taken them down altogether. I've worked on defining my niche, and the coloring pages don't fit in with everything else. Plus a lot of the coloring listings that are successful have dozens or hundreds of pages, and mine are hand drawn - hours on a single drawing. It would be nice to fit them in somewhere, but as Jodi has said, if someone comes in to my shop because of that, they aren't going to see much else that relates to it. I haven't deleted the listings altogether, and I'd love to be able to find a way to use them, but not right now. Thanks for your input!

I've got nothing. I deactivated my listing that had tons of views and no sales, and now I'm not getting views at all. I wonder if my ai generated descriptions are hurting me. I feel like they're better than anything I would write. I'm doing research. I wonder if Etsy is just but going to be my thing. Not ready to quit yet, but I'm putting an awful lot of time into this with no reward.

I just did a bunch to my shop after going through the shop audit. Hopefully I'm on the right track.
Thumbnail Testing
I want to add a new listing in my shop. Currently trying myself with few listings in mockup space and not sure which one of this two mockups is best optimized for Etsy. Which one you will click through or is it completely not viable for thumbnail?

I think the one on the left because you can see the images better.
Example
This was my first design in Vector Witch. I did some engravings with it, then I brought it into Ideogram and colored it.
