Well, yesterday I received a âHelp Requestâ message asking for a refund because someone ordered one of my 40oz digital designs and hasnât received the item. They explained in the message that the order status says âdelivered,â but they didnât actually receive anything.
Do you really think you can get a physical 40oz Stanley tumbler, with no shipping cost, for $5? It seems like thatâs what this person thought đ
No matter how many times you write âTHIS IS A DIGITAL DOWNLOADâ (in the photo slides, description, thumbnail, etc.) on your listingâhuman beings never stop surprising me.
Now Iâm having an internal conflict: Should I issue the refund to avoid a bad review as retaliation? Or should I stand my ground, stick to Etsyâs shop policy (that digital items are non-refundable), and risk getting my first bad review?
