What if healing isn’t about doing more? What if it’s about becoming less of who you’re not
 and more of who you truly are?

There’s a part of you—ancient, intuitive, wise—that recognized something in these words. A part that’s been quietly asking: “Is there a deeper way to heal?”
Healing isn’t something you find. It’s something you remember..daily
Take a comfortable sited position and gently close your eyes.
Place one hand on your womb space, one on your heart.
Feel.Breathe.Pause.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Exhale like a soft prayer through your lips.
Now ask your body—without force, without needing a reply:“Are you ready to remember?”
Not to remember the story. But the truth beneath the story. The pulse before the wound. The breath before the forgetting.
Breathe again.And again.
There’s nothing to fix here.
Only something sacred to meet.
Only something ancient waiting to be seen through your own eyes.
Only something soft, holy, and utterly alive beneath the noise.
You don’t need to try.
You only need to be present enough to feel what’s already here.
Let this breath be your threshold. Let this stillness be your answer.
