Hey everyone happy to be here! I've had a VA business for a while now it has changed to Ebony Excels to Exceed Services now. With a full time job it's been hard to be consistent enough to focus on my vision of leveraging my payroll+admin+ creative problem solving skills into this business. I'm finding it difficult to market myself & adjust my mindset form employee to business owner.
