Gym membership question
Do any of you plan to get a gym membership?
If so, Im considering making a workout schedule for the gym in a later discipline step. I think ill build it up slowly for you guys, starting with calisthenics and progressing constantly and considerably, but at some point, its a good idea to get a gym membership due to the body getting too used to the same schedule.
Option 1: i make a gym schedule after building up a base schedule with calisthenics
Option 2: I make both and give you the options at once.
Option 3: no gym schedule, only calisthenics
