๐Ÿ”ด Client Experience: is happening in 41 hours
Books for a road trip
Hey guys! Iโ€™ve got a 6-hour car trip coming up and Iโ€™m looking to make the most of the seat time. What marketing books are you all loving right now? I'm looking for some solid recommendations to listen.

Stop treating every channel the same. ๐Ÿ›‘
The 2026 marketing funnel assigns specific jobs to each platform: โžก๏ธ Organic: Build community and sell the lifestyle, not just the product. โžก๏ธ Paid Ads: Strictly for new customer acquisition. โžก๏ธ Email: Retention. It costs 5x more to acquire a new customer than to keep an existing one. If you have any questions or need examples, leave a comment or dm me. ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿบ TODAY'S HOT SEAT: I am your worst client. Try to sell me.
Team, listen up. We spent the entire week talking about automation, Vibe-coding, Seedance, and Meta's AI. All of that is beautiful. It saves you time and money. But there is a brutal truth in this business: If you have the best tech in the world but you stutter when a prospect says "it's too expensive," you are going to stay broke. The number one skill that pays the bills is CLOSING. That is why today's live call is a Sales Roleplay Hot Seat. The rules are simple: 1. I am going to play the most difficult, skeptical, and cold client you've ever faced. 2. You are going to unmute yourself and try to pitch me your services. 3. I am going to throw every real-world objection at you: "I already work with an agency," "I don't have the budget," "Why are you different?". I want you to sweat and fail here, with me, so you don't lose a $5,000 deal out there in the real world. Check the community calendar for the Zoom link. Sharpen your scripts. No theory today, we are using live ammo. Who has the guts to be the first one to raise their hand today? ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿบ Monday was defense. Today is offense.
Let's be honest. Monday is mostly admin. You spent the day replying to emails, Slack, and organizing the week. That is "working," but it is not "building." Tuesday is for war. Today is the most important day of the week. This is when campaigns go live, sales get closed, and copy gets written. If you downloaded the eBook and watched Fabian's video yesterday, I don't want to see you "studying" anymore today. I want to see that green button in your Ads Manager that says "In Review" or "Active." I have a simple rule for Tuesdays: No meetings before 2:00 PM. Block your calendar. Close the door. Launch the campaign. The market doesn't pay for perfect plans. It pays for imperfect shipping. What are you launching today before the sun goes down? ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿบ Monday is gone. Did you do the work?
The market doesn't pay you for what you know. It pays you for what you do. We gave you the full roadmap this weekend: Fabian's video on Andromeda and the "Creative Disruption" eBook. That is intel other agencies would charge to teach. My question to close the day is simple: Do you have your 3 ad variations ready to launch tomorrow? If the answer is "no" because you were "too busy studying," you fell into the trap. Studying gives you dopamine. Executing gives you money. Don't go to sleep tonight without at least having the scripts written or the drafts done. Tomorrow is not for planning. It's for publishing. Rest up. We attack tomorrow
