💀 Monday Reset: The 1% doesn't complain about AI, they master it.
Team, welcome to the first Monday of The 1% AI Club. ☕ Last week, while 99% of Twitter users were complaining that Claude felt "dumber" or repetitive, we were watching the infrastructure. Anthropic admitted that cache optimization and system prompt changes accidentally degraded model reasoning. But because we are Architects, we know the v2.1.116 fix was released on April 20th to restore full intelligence. Plus, Anthropic reset our usage limits on April 23rd as an apology. There are no more excuses not to execute. The 1% Scoreboard: This weekend was the litmus test for Opus 4.7 (now GA) and its new high-resolution vision. I want to see your real numbers: 1. Assets Created: Did you use Claude Design to prototype that dashboard or landing page you delegated on Friday? 2. Complexity: Did you push Opus 4.7 through long-running software or engineering tasks? 3. ROI: How many "human labor" hours did Claude save you while you were offline? Your Mission for today: If your system failed over the weekend due to Anthropic’s hiccups, today you have a "full tank" (reset limits) to fix the plumbing. If it worked, today is the day to scale the volume. Comment below with your "Monday Scoreboard": What did you build with Claude Design this weekend and what was the result? 👇 Stop playing with prompts. Start orchestrating elite systems.

🛑 Friday Audit: Stop "chatting" and start "designing" with Claude.
Team. 🥃 We’ve reached the end of our first phase at The 1% AI Club. This week, we burned the basic manuals and focused on one thing: Real Leverage. To close out this Friday, let’s talk about the crown jewel: Claude Design. 99% of people use Claude to summarize a boring PDF. The 1% use it to prototype user interfaces, metrics dashboards, and high-converting landing pages in seconds. With Artifacts and Design capabilities, Claude has evolved from a chatbot into your personal front-end design and development studio. If you have a marketing idea, you no longer need a designer to visualize the funnel. You just need to know how to dictate the right intent. The Weekend Autonomy Test: A true Architect doesn’t "rest" on the weekend, but their systems sure as hell work for them. Your mission before signing off today: 1. Open Claude. 2. Use Design mode to create a visual asset for your business (an ROI calculator for your clients, a KPI dashboard, or the mockup for your next offer). 3. Deploy it. Don’t leave it sitting in the chat. Make it functional. If you come back on Monday and that asset saved you a design meeting or helped a client understand your value, you are officially operating in the 1%. Comment below: What design asset or interface did you launch today with Claude to work for you this weekend? 👇 Trust your architecture. See you Monday for the fallout.

🛑 Friday Audit: Stop "chatting" and start "designing" with Claude.
🚨 Welcome to "The 1% AI Club": Why we are burning the ChatGPT manual.
Team. 🥃 As you’ve noticed, we have evolved. Welcome to The 1% AI Club by eNovo. We aren’t here to use AI as a glorified search engine; we are here to dominate the vanguard of business and digital marketing. To stay in that 1%, we need to talk about Claude. While the rest of the world is still struggling with basic prompts in other models, Anthropic has just flipped the table with Claude 3.5 Sonnet. The news isn't just that it’s faster; it’s that its reasoning and coding capabilities have left the competition in the dust. Why is Claude our priority in this phase? 1. Artifacts (The office of the future): Claude doesn't just reply anymore; it opens a dedicated workspace where it builds dashboards, code, and websites in real-time. It’s the ultimate partner for Vibe Coding. 2. Elite Vision: Its ability to analyze marketing charts and sales flow screenshots is, quite simply, superior. 3. Human Writing: If you want marketing that doesn’t sound like it was written by a 1990s robot, Claude is the only real choice. Thursday Night Thought: Tomorrow is Autonomy Friday. I want you to stop using your usual chatbot for 24 hours. Tomorrow, we are going to force Claude to audit your marketing strategies. If you want to be part of the 1%, you have to use the tools that the 99% still don't know how to set up. Comment below: Is your Claude account ready, or are you still waiting for AI to "do magic" on its own? 👇 Tomorrow, I’ll show you how the 1% uses Artifacts to build business assets in minutes.

⚡ Prototype Wednesday: Your idea is worthless without a URL.
Team, mid-week reality check. 🐫 Today, I want to see who has stepped up from being a spectator to becoming a Systems Architect. The competitive edge of Google AI Studio isn't just that it writes code for you; it’s that it allows you to fail and pivot in real-time. In the video we analyzed, we saw a complete workout tracker built just by interacting with the AI. If you are still overthinking "the perfect design" or "the ideal logic," you’ve already lost. In the era of Vibe Coding, the winner is the one who iterates the fastest. 1. Launch the initial prompt. 2. Deploy the first version (even if it’s ugly). 3. Chat with Gemini to polish the errors on the fly. I don’t want to hear about your ideas. I want to see the system breathing. Today, your only mission is to take that idea you mentioned on Monday to a functional state. It doesn’t have to be pretty; it has to work. Comment below: * What tool are you prototyping today? What was the first error the AI helped you fix in seconds? 👇 If you don't have a URL or a working prototype by 6:00 PM today, you’re still operating with a 2024 mindset. Move the bits.

💀 The end of the "Bricklayer" coder (And the birth of the Architect).
Team I just witnessed something that is going to put thousands of dev agencies out of business. It’s called "Vibe Coding," and if you aren’t paying attention, you’ll be obsolete before the year ends. Historically, if you had an App idea, you had two choices: spend 6 months learning syntax or pay a dev $10k. Those days are over. Google just dropped a feature in AI Studio that lets you go from a "vibe" (a natural language description) to a working application—frontend and backend—in seconds. - You don't write functions anymore; you describe intent. - The AI generates the full-stack environment (React, Node.js) for you. - One click, and your tool is live on a public URL. Hand-coding is becoming a "bricklayer" skill. It’s valuable, but it's no longer the bottleneck. The new bottleneck is Systems Architecture. If you don’t know what to ask the machine, or how to plug that App into your business processes, it doesn’t matter how fast the "Vibe Coding" is—you’ll just build garbage faster. Stop thinking about "buying software." Start thinking about "architecting solutions." Any tedious process in your business right now (a custom CRM, a metric tracker, an inventory manager) can be your own App built by you this afternoon. Comment below, if you could snap your fingers and have an App solve ONE business problem today, what would that App do? 👇 Stop chipping away at stones. Start designing skyscrapers.
