☕Hello everyone! 👋 I've just got back from a long weekend in London. It was fantastic catching up with family and friends 😍 So today's grammar tip is about asking which countries or places you've been to... 👉 For this, we use the present perfect tense because we're talking about life experience (the past in general), not a specific time. 👉 Structure:Have/has + past participle ✅ Examples: - I’ve been to Spain - She’s visited Paris - We’ve traveled around Italy ❓ Questions: - Have you been to London? - Which countries have you visited? ❌ Negative: - I haven’t been to Germany - He hasn’t visited Rome 💡 Tip:We often use words like: - ever (in questions) → Have you ever been to Italy? - never → I’ve never been to Japan 💬 Your turn: 1. Write 2–3 sentences about places you’ve been to 2. Ask ONE question to another member (e.g. “Have you ever been to…?”) Extra group challenge: Let’s see where everyone has travelled to and who is the most widely travelled person in the Cafe! 🌍 I'll get the ball rolling 🥎: I've been to most European countries apart from the Baltic countries and Balkan countries. I've also travelled to a few countries in South America (Mexico, Peru, Chile and Brasil) and Asia (Thailand, India, Japan and Bali) but I've never been to mainland Africa or a Middle Eastern country or place (unless you count Qatar airport on the way to Thailand!) What about you?
