I caught a cold this week. My throat hurts and I keep coughing, so I have to stay home and rest more. Usually, I like to go jogging in the morning, but now I just take short walks in the park to get some fresh air. The weather keeps changing, and it’s easy to get sick if we’re not careful. I’m drinking lots of warm water and sleeping early to get better soon. Take care, everyone—don’t forget to wear a jacket and stay warm!
