We are currently hiring a Remote Senior Advisor (High-Ticket Closer) to join our sales team.
What You’ll Be Selling
You will primarily close clients into:
- Platinum Coaching Mentorship PLUS ($5,000 PIF / $6,500 financed)
- Momentum Mastermind ($12,000+)
These programs help clients build sustainable businesses through client enrollment mastery, scalable business models, personal branding, sales systems, and implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Zoom-based enrollment calls with qualified leads
- Help prospects make aligned decisions based on their goals and readiness
- Follow the company sales process and CRM standards
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates
- Attend required sales meetings, trainings, and team huddles
- Collaborate with setters, leadership, and coaching teams to ensure a high-level client experience
- Consistently improve through call reviews, feedback, and implementation
Compensation
- Commission-based structure
- On-track earnings: $10,000–$15,000+ monthly
- Qualified leads provided internally

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has minimum 1 year experience closing high-ticket offers ($5K–$10K+ preferred)
- Is confident leading sales conversations on Zoom
- Has strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Can build trust without sounding scripted or pushy
- Thrives in structured, high-performance environments
- Is coachable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
- Has a professional remote setup with strong internet reliability
- Understands that sales is both service and leadership
