This skool is going to be about raising your vibration through internal work. My main goal is to help women through the recovery of abuse. I would like to let women know that it's not as hard to get into alignment as it may seem. Becoming emotionally aligned doesn't have to be complicated. I will teach Shadow Work Journaling, Transmuting Negative Energy through your thoughts, Meditation, and Energy Work with Nature to help stay grounded. Meditation is not as hard as it may sound. I will show the very simple way of being still and listening. I welcome everyone to my classes. All race and religion are welcome. I will also not tolerate hate speech of any kind. I look forward to working with everyone!
