This skool is going to be about raising your vibration through internal work. My goal is to let people know that it's not as hard to get into alignment as it may seem. Becoming spiritually aligned doesn't have to be complicated. I will teach Shadow Work Journaling, Transmuting Negative Energy through your thoughts, and Energy Work with Nature to help stay grounded which has been scientifically proven. I may be including references to God but if you like you can change that to The Divine or whatever your beliefs might be. As long as you believe in a higher power than we are golden. I look forward to working with everyone!
