Important Update 🤍 Class + Sunday Transition

Hi Beautiful,

I wanted to share a loving update with you.

First — Wine Down Wednesday is happening tonight 8PM EST and I would absolutely love to see you there as we gather, soften, and release together.

Also, I want you to know that this Sunday will be my last day teaching yoga until May.

As many of you know, I am still in yoga school, and I need to take this time to fully focus on completing my training well and with excellence. In order to grow as your teacher, I must also be a devoted student.

This is not goodbye — it is a brief pause for expansion.

If you’ve been thinking about coming to class, this week is a beautiful time to gather together before we transition. I would love to see your faces, share your favorite poses, and close this season intentionally.

Thank you for supporting my journey the way I support yours. Growth requires space — and we are modeling that together.
