How present are you? I get it life is busy! But are you the person on autopilot, doesn’t remember the drive to work/school? Rushing the kids to finish breakfast? Do you spend the majority of your thoughts dwelling on the past (which creates guilt/regret) or thinking/worrying/fabricating the future (which creates anxiety/Sadness/depression) 🤔
Yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, your power and your control lives in the NOW moment 💡
When your not present you miss vital moments like the smile or the wave your child gave you when you dropped them off at school or the story they told you when you were too busy to listen or the moments in the movie cos your lost in thought or like Ben he just wants me to stop, sit so he can play with my hand to help him regulate 🩵
Someday these will be the moments your dwelling on wishing you’d paid more attention…….

If your child/children have complex needs, non verbal….. or not…..sometimes all they need is your presence, to be seen or heard by you☺️🌈🫧
