Hey everyone, I wanted to check in with you all. I had every intention of showing up consistently for this 21-day challenge, but I’m currently not feeling well and my body is asking me to slow down. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that we can make all the plans in the world, but sometimes we have to listen when our body tells us to rest. I’m taking a little time to recover so I can come back with the energy and focus to truly pour into this space the way you deserve. I’ll keep you posted on when I’m back and ready to continue. Today is one of those days where my energy is low and my voice is literally telling me to slow down. And you know what? I’m listening. In this space, I want to be real with you. No pressure. Just presence. Because consistency isn’t about doing the most every day. It’s about staying connected to your vision, even on the quiet days.
