WHAT IS THE CORE METHODOLOGY?
CORE stands for Centre of Remaining Energy. Here is the idea in plain language. Every human being has a Human Operating System — an inner architecture of programming that was installed early in life, mostly before we had language for it. That programming determines how we respond to the world. What we feel, what we avoid feeling, how we relate to other people, how we relate to ourselves, and what we are capable of. Most of this programming runs completely below the level of conscious awareness. Tom Stone spent decades mapping the most common bugs in the Human Operating System. He identified 12 — the 12 Core Drivers. And he developed a set of precise techniques for finding those bugs in the body, feeling them fully to completion, and upgrading them permanently.
