Stretched too thin
Hi All, Wanting to lean on this forum/group to see if anyone has any tips for me. Currently in a HR role and often get stretched really thin between juggling day-today, operational, strategic and other responsibilities within the role. Does anyone have anything that they do when they are feeling like this that might help them get back on track and through the necessary workload really focused and driven. Thanks Kali
