I spoke of Sacrifice on our 1st call and Power on our 2nd call. ***If you have not watched these calls, I highly recommend you do so before watching the Sept 30th call.** The Sept 30th call is a healing. I want you to think about where you are sacrificing yourself and giving your power away. We sacrifice ourself to our job, our partner, our kids, our parents, our family or friends. And we can unconsciously also relinquish our personal power. Think of where you sacrifice yourself and where you lose your power. If it helps, journal with a thought of a situation or person and see where it leads. Do you notice any patterns? Are certain people, circumstances or situations repeating? We delve into this further and release these patterns in the Sept 30th call.

In our kick off Community call we talked about sacrifices. As with any change, energy healing requires awareness. Where are you sacrificing yourself and giving pieces of your energy away to someone or something else? Sacrificing is giving away a sacred piece of yourself sacri>sacred. Whether that's energy or time, as women we are really good at sacrificing ourself for others' benefit. We put ourself last. Where are you making sacrifices that might not be for YOUR highest and best good? Everything is energy. When we freely give it away without thought, through habit or because of expectation, it is misaligned with our true self, our spirit, our soul, our essence. As they say on the plane, put the mask on yourself first so you can help others. When we give pieces of ourself away, we deplete our energy stores. Sacrificing little energy pieces, bit by bit until we have nothing left. And we are wondering what happened. It was a slow and steady erosion of our essence and then we find we've lost ourself. Where are you sacrificing your energy? To whom or what? A.🩷

Energy and emotions go hand in hand. When your energy is high, you're likely feeling positive emotions, love, gratitude, joy, happiness, acceptance, etc. And the opposite is also true. When your energy is low, you can be experiencing, grief, sadness, judgement, anger, anxiety and hate. Notice your emotions and how your energy feels based on your emotions. OR if it's easier, notice your energy and how it affects your emotions. Awareness is key to affecting change.
