My Morning Routine as a College Athlete!
Come along on a typical day with me! This is my daily routine as a college student balancing soccer training and academics. See how I manage my college life and student life as a soccer player, including my football workout and other athlete activities.
Video Analysis
My weakness would be my touches, I can't make accurate passes when I get pressured. I can fix this by 2026 by opening my hips a bit more and working on having a strong touch forward leading to a very good pass to my teammates. Practice and repetitive touch drills will make me perfect.

Tonight wasn’t easy. The workout was tough, but you all showed up, worked hard, and held yourselves to a higher standard. That’s what being part of ESA is about. To everyone else, keep getting your exercise in, stay moving, and don’t let a rainy day stop your progress. Stay safe, stay healthy, and keep putting in work even when it’s inconvenient.
