My apologies for missing this Saturday. Had a late night at the chuch on friday and overslept. But here are my His and Lows for the week.
Highs: Been keeping up with my bible and studying it like use to, which has been good. I also have been receiving a lot of support to help re build my resume and im excited. Working out has been solid, hitting PRs and getting back my strength has been refreshing. Just gotta keep it up.
Lows: I failed my drinking goal for this week. Easily had like 20 beers this week unfortunately. definitely felt it during my workout today. My car also is giving me trouble with this cold front so hopefully i can find a job soon to get a new one.
