As we’re rebuilding, some of the important things I thought we could continue to incorporate from the way it was previously would be:
Weekly Small Groups:
- 8-10 people
- Accountability checks
- Highs & Lows
- Goal setting for following week
In-Person Socials:
- Paintball
- Game Tournaments
- Cookouts
Brotherhood Roundtables:
- Discuss more adult life
- Share perspectives
- Get feedback/input on big decisions
Exchanges:
- Bringing on accomplished professionals
- Letting people share insights
- Getting to network with people 2-3 steps ahead of us
Some of the things I imagine being able to do with the new structure would be things like:
Monthly Competitions:
- Monthly Workout Goals (ex. 22 days this month)
- Savings Goal (ex. Save $1000 this month)
- Early Riser Goal (ex. 22 days of wake up at 5am)
Big Yearly Meetups:
- Travel as a group
- Conferences
- International Trips
Classes:
- Buying First Home
- Starting a Business
- Personal Finance
- Climbing the Corporate Ladder
These were just some of the initial thoughts, but we’ll make sure to adapt our community to however will help us most.
